Throughout the year, an abundance of sunshine takes over the land, while a low amount of rainfall will be experienced. Your surroundings will be quite dry, in weather terms and certainly not in excitement.
The highs during the years can be found in the 90s, especially during the months of May, June and September. Do not be surprised if you encounter a few over 100-degree days when visiting the area during the months of July and August. The highest temperature that the city has ever seen reached 117 degrees. Whew!
