Nashville Museums - Nashville is home to a variety of art galleries and museums, which can add valuable history, art and culture to a visit to the city. At the Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art, a day can be well spent with an array of art displays and other entertaining exhibits.

A museum covering 28,000 square feet can be found at the Hermitage, which once housed former president, Andrew Jackson. Other selections to consider: Van Vechten and Aaron Douglas Galleries, the Tennessee State Museum, as well as the Frist Center for the Visual Arts.
