New York Museums - Some of the best museums and art galleries are situated within New York City. Depending on where you go, you could pay nothing but a donation or pay a small fortune (in the museum world). Public museums, such as the Metropolitan Museum are quite reasonable in price, while the Museum of Modern Art can get quite costly.
If museums are your thing, you will definitely not
be disappointed. For an idea of what can be enjoyed,
you may want to check out Museum for African Art, Museum
of Biblical Art, Museum of Television and Radio, as
well as the Whitney Museum of American Art. For the
children, there are several choices, such as the Brooklyn
Children's Museum and the Children's Museum of the Arts.
